The angel candle is made of 100% beeswax and was handcrafted in our manufactory. We use exclusively beeswax from German beekeeping circuits, for the well-being of bees and to support beekeeping as a traditional craft. All candles are hand-poured in our manufactory.
About beeswax:
Beeswax is a natural metabolic product of bees, which they use to build honeycomb. Beeswax candles are therefore a natural product that should be used consciously and carefully. Pay attention to the origin of the wax, as this is the best way to support the cycle. If you value beekeeper's wax that doesn't come from just anywhere, then buy from us :)
A fine, whitish layer on our beeswax candles is a sign of quality and not a reason for complaint. The coating is caused by long storage and storage in cool rooms and is a sign that you are holding pure beeswax. If the candles warm up (in cozy homes :), the coating disappears on its own. It can also be removed by gently rubbing with a fine cloth.
Candles work with the element of fire, never leave them burning unattended and only use fireproof bases for them. For the first burn, it is best to let the candle burn until the top wax pool has melted to the edge. If the candle smokes, it is advisable to trim the wick before lighting (carefully cut off the top end, leaving at least 8 mm).
