SPRUCE RESIN is also known as forest frankincense and is an ancient incense used by our ancestors - the frankincense of local forests. Needles and resin are burned for purification; their scent strengthens the soul, brings light and balance. Just a few decades ago, infirmaries were regularly fumigated with the disinfectant smoke. Spruce resin incense produces a lot of smoke - therefore, it is well suited for mixtures; in individual fumigations, it should be dosed carefully.
Our spruce resin is obtained through a natural water-melting process from wild spruce resin collected in the forest - and therefore does not have the pungent turpentine smell (and a slightly different appearance) than freshly collected forest resin. It is also known as Burgundy resin.
