This handmade scented candle is of natural origin: cast from 100% vegetable stearin, gently scented with pure essential oils, colored with food-grade color pigments, which are released unchanged into the air when the stearin burns.
Our stearin suppliers are committed to participating in the "Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil" (RSPO), an association of responsible palm oil producers and managers who advocate for sustainable cultivation methods for palm oil. The stearin comes from a project in South America.
Candles work with the element of fire, never leave them burning unattended and only use fireproof bases for them. For the initial burn, it is best to let the candle burn until the upper wax pool has melted to the edge once. If the candle ever smokes, it is recommended to trim the wick before lighting (carefully cut off the top end, leaving at least 8 mm).
