Garam Masala is the most important spice blend in North Indian cuisine, found in a wide variety depending on the cook. Our blend is prepared according to Ayurvedic tradition with dry-roasted spices and has a pleasant pungency. Good for rice, vegetable, and meat dishes with an exotic touch.
Ingredients: roasted coriander, bay leaf, black pepper, cardamom, clove, mace, cassia cinnamon, sweet paprika, roasted cumin, long pepper "Pippali", black mustard, orris root, chili, essential cumin oil – in natural quality.
