Greek mountain tea from the genus Sideritis is a mild and spicy herbal tea - with citrusy notes as well as those of spicy sage. Greek ironwort grows at altitudes above 1000 meters and is still hand-picked - all the way to us in the tea bag. Anyone who has ever held the hairy, grey-green, stiff stems with their distinctive yellow flowers knows why this is manual labor :)
The herb is traditionally used in Greece for colds, and recent research attributes it (among other things) with helping with mental illnesses, including Alzheimer's, thanks to its mood-balancing properties.
It is today, and has been for over 2000 years, a delicious evening drink, also known as shepherd's tea. All-around healthy for body & soul!
