Our popular rapeseed wax taper candles in a friendly green hue. These taper candles are handcrafted from pure rapeseed wax. We are pleased to offer you these dinner candles made from pure vegetable wax as an alternative to paraffin. Rapeseed wax has similar burning properties to paraffin, but is plant-based, GMO-free, and produced in Germany. The candles are dyed through with RAL-certified candle dyes.

Our product photo is an example photo - experience shows that computer screens do not always reproduce colors faithfully. This means the shade may vary slightly, after all, it is handmade! In any case, we strive for warm, vibrant colors. Each candle is unique!
Our candles are hand-poured - minor deviations and irregularities are evidence of this and are a mark of quality :) The material itself occasionally has fine hairline cracks in the surface; this is due to the relatively hard nature of the wax and does not affect burning. Rapeseed wax is the hardened oil of the rapeseed plant, which grows all over Europe.
Candles work with the element of fire; never leave them burning unattended and only use fireproof surfaces. For the initial burn, it is best to let the candle burn until the top wax pool has melted all the way to the edge. If the candle ever smokes, it is advisable to trim the wick before lighting (carefully cut off the top, leaving at least 8 mm).
