The depiction of Gaia goes back to the myth of the primordial goddess, which exists in all cultures. The Earth Goddess Gaia from Greek antiquity, the Pacha Mama from the South American Andes, the Shakti from Indian mythology, the Mother Earth of the North American indigenous movement - this is Mother Earth, who has transformed into modern times through natural philosophy, Neopaganism and new spirituality. - All handmade - even the color! The delivered candle statue may differ slightly in color from our sample images. This is partly due to the changing color reproduction of various monitors, and partly due to the fact that we still mix our colors by hand and with feeling so that they shine beautifully :)

We handcraft this special ritual candle in our Lichtbringer manufactory. The graceful candle statue is made of natural wax. The candle made of natural white rapeseed wax is excellently suited for painting with commercially available candle paints.
About rapeseed wax:
Rapeseed wax is the hardened oil of the rapeseed plant, which grows all over Europe. The vegetable wax has a similar burning behavior to paraffin, but is of vegetable origin (vegan), GMO-free and is produced in Germany. Our candles are hand-poured - minor deviations and irregularities are evidence of this and are a quality feature :) The material occasionally has fine hairline cracks in the surface, which is due to the relatively hard nature of the wax and does not harm the burning. To improve the melting properties, the hardened rapeseed oil is mixed with a small proportion of chemical special waxes - it does not contain paraffin. This proportion is so small that most rapeseed wax candle manufacturers don't even mention it.
