NAGARMOTHA is the root of Indian nut grass and belongs to the cypress family. The root, which is very rich in essential oils, is
incensed - its warm, earthy scent helps one breathe deeply internally, which can provide strength and inner balance. A classic in India and probably found in almost every incense stick.
