PALO SANTO, the sacred wood from South America, is a very special incense wood. The wood is so resinous that it can be lit and burned in one piece. The shamans of the New World use it for healing and purification ceremonies. It is a soft, aromatic scent, well-suited for daily smudging, can bring fresh energy into stagnant circles, or is joyfully offered to the gods. Originally, the tree, which has thrived in the highlands of South America for thousands of years, is said to have originated in the Galapagos Islands. A scent for warmth of heart and the flow of emotions!
We offer our Palo Santo in hand-split, characteristic wooden sticks, which are at least 10 cm long (from the 4-5g pack) and taper to a point at the top. To burn, light the stick at the pointed end until it starts to glow, then fan it out and you can now smudge with a peaceful heart. To extinguish, place the stick in a fireproof (supervised) vessel full of sand, where it can be easily inserted. Each delivery contains 1-3 sticks and a specially compiled description.

Our incense assortment is a treasure chest, here you will find resins, woods, herbs from all over the world. We source these from selected specialist incense retailers and other trusted colleagues, herbs from specialist suppliers of natural raw materials (just like our food). For us, smudging is pure plant helper power! That's why we put a lot of time into researching our raw materials to be able to offer them as sustainably as possible.
And it should be noted: We offer our resins, woods, and herbs exclusively for burning, and all our good advice is taken from traditional lore and our own experiences. These, of course, do not replace a qualified advisor (doctor, naturopath, ...). And whether something works as written, well, never forget: Only you alone can open the door :) Just as you alone can bear the responsibility for yourselves ...
