We have 2 sizes in stock: the 33mm standard version fits into (almost) every censer. The larger 40mm tablet is well suited for more intensive smoking sessions (outdoors) with more contact surface on the charcoal tablet, wonderful for rituals with lots of smoke! The 40mm version can also be easily divided into two halves for longer smoking pleasure.
How it works: Fill a fireproof dish with some sand. Place a charcoal tablet upright in it and light it at the edge with a lighter/match. The charcoal starts to spark and crackle - that's how it should be :) The sparks travel through the charcoal tablet. This approximately one-minute process is intense in smell and can be carried out with the window open. When no more sparks are visible and the edge of the charcoal turns gray-white, the incense charcoal is ready and odorless. Now place the tablet horizontally with a tool (e.g., incense spoon). The incense can be placed on the hot charcoal tablet. To ensure you enjoy your incense for a long time, you should always store the opened roll in a plastic bag so that the charcoal tablets do not absorb moisture.
