Ganesha, the elephant-headed Hindu god, is a wise and benevolent patron who is found on every home altar in India. According to a Sanskrit translation of his name, "Lord of all beings," Ganesha is one of the most popular gods in and outside of India. "Ask me, and I will bestow my good powers upon you..." he seems to say to you with a friendly gaze :). This finely crafted candle is handmade from 100% beeswax and subtly sparkles with natural mineral pigments (stardust :) . A ritual candle for beginnings and new ventures, for protection and blessings.

Countless stories surround Ganesha. He is known as the lord of all obstacles and can remove them if asked... he is also a god of good beginnings, capable of bestowing serenity and confidence in situations of new beginnings and change. People ask Ganesha when they need good fortune for a journey or endeavor. They ask Ganesha for protection and blessings, for example, when moving into a new home. Merchants revere him as their personal patron. And Ganesha grants all this with mischievousness, wisdom, and open hands. Now, do not forget to offer him an incense stick, a laddu, or a flower now and then - so that the cozy elephant god may awaken and strengthen good forces within you.

Ganesha Sharananam! is one of his mantras... I seek refuge in Ganesha.

About beeswax:

Beeswax is a natural metabolic product of bees, used by them for honeycomb construction. Beeswax candles are therefore a natural product that should be used consciously and carefully. Pay attention to the origin of the wax, as this best supports the cycle. If you value beekeeper's wax that doesn't come from just anywhere, then buy from us. - We exclusively use beeswax from German beekeeping cycles, for the welfare of bees and to support beekeeping as a traditional craft.

A fine, whitish layer on our beeswax candles is a quality feature and not a reason for complaint. The coating is caused by long storage and storage in cool rooms and is a sign that you are holding pure beeswax. If the candles warm up (in cozy homes :), the coating disappears by itself. It can also be removed by gently rubbing with a fine cloth.

Candles work with the element of fire; never leave them burning unattended and only use fireproof bases for them. For the first burn, it is best to let the candle burn until the upper wax pool has melted to the rim. Should the candle ever soot, it is advisable to trim the wick before lighting (carefully cut off the top, leaving at least 8 mm).

Kerzen
