Garam Masala is the most important spice blend in North Indian cuisine, found in a variety of selections depending on the chef. Our blend is prepared according to Ayurvedic tradition with dry-roasted spices and has a pleasant pungency. Good for rice, vegetable, and meat dishes with an exotic touch.
Ingredients: roasted cumin, roasted coriander, black pepper, bay leaf, cardamom, clove, mace, cassia cinnamon, chili, black mustard, long pepper - in natural quality.
THIS SPICE BLEND is stamped "Best before 12.04.2026". This is not an expiration date, but a best-before date, meaning a date that guarantees the unchanged quality after processing up to that point. Our herbs and spices are very enjoyable even after this date :-)
