Approx. 80% of the world's frankincense production comes from Somalia, meaning it is also a classic frankincense for many incense blends (e.g., in church).
Frankincense Somalia is pure OLIBANUM, the resin of the true frankincense tree Boswellia carterii - the most important incense in antiquity, and still highly valued today. Its scent clarifies thoughts and clears the head, helps build mental bridges, and, it is said, "allows one to recognize God." For cleansing and strengthening the soul.
